Salomons consultancy have worked with the Trust over a number of years, to develop bespoke courses which have assisted our staff develop their approach to “Handling Complaints” and “Living our Values”. They have been flexible, creative, and responsive to our needs and have developed solutions to meet our specific requirements. Posie Maitles is a superb coach and mentor. I was introduced to Posie as part of a mentorship arrangement to take the 16PF test and walk through the analysis with her and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is client centred in her posture and gracious, thorough and robust in her approach. As a coach she seeks to draw out self-awareness of both gifting and potential, and then to help practically chart a course of personal development that leads to growth and improvement in areas of both strength and weakness. She is tough enough to challenge but gracious enough to do it in a way that brings understanding and leads to motivation and not de-motivation. She is greatly encouraging and brings wisdom and life through her work.
