As a Chartered Manager and Fellow of Chartered Management Institute Alan has over 30 years of management experience working in various senior positions across different markets including utilities, manufacturing and professional consultancy.

Murray Lauder

Associate Consultant

Murray has a background in the behavioural sciences, with degrees from Glasgow, Stirling and Warwick universities. He spent his  early career as a lecturer in business management, sociology and economics.

Having combined teaching in further education colleges and freelance consulting for a number of years, he moved full-time into management consultancy in 1989. His experience has spanned a number of industrial sectors, with particularly wide engagement in health care and education.

Murray has designed and delivered a wide variety of development programmes in the fields of change management; quality; general human resource development; teambuilding; assessment and development centres; mentor training; and skill development for the application of action learning and self-managed learning methods.

Liz Nisbet

Associate Consultant

Liz has worked in health care provision, in the United Kingdom and abroad, most of her professional life.  She is an RGN BSc. (Hons) and has experience in clinical management, pre and post registration education, professional development and consultancy.  Liz has worked with clinical teams and management to help them take forward Government plans to modernise the NHS; this included service redesign, working in new ways, workforce redesign and development.

As a consultant and project manager, she has worked with acute and primary health care clinicians and managers on an individual and team level to reconfigure, redesign and develop health care staff and services.  In 2012 she invited to work in Qatar with the Ara Darzi Qatar team to develop and implement a strategy for the delivery of Primary Health Care Services.

She has also worked with Salomons Consultancy assisting on recruitment processes and other organisational development projects.
